He also has built commercial retail, auto retail centers and was responsible for the acquisition, due diligence, management, leasing and tenant improvements of over 450,000 sq. ft. of commercial office space in California. Other projects included 300,000 sq. ft. of industrial/warehouse space in Las Vegas Nevada and managing the acquisition and sale of most of a $20 million dollar portfolio of assets acquired in the Denver, Colorado metro area.

Mr. Crandall has also served as Executive Vice President and Director for American Pacific Financial Corporation, a company that specializes in real estate acquisition and development. It also is involved with small cap private equity funds, distress transactions, turn-arounds, mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Crandall was drawn to Help-U-Sell Real Estate because of its offering to the public which in return generates an abundance of clients. Mixed with its employee business model instead of an agent-centric model it permits Broker/owners to be in control of their business and be more profitable. The Help-U-Sell Real Estate way of doing business will elevate the real estate industry to respectability as it is built around the consumer's needs and not the expensive, inefficient broker networks.
